Logan Todd Domingue, affectionately known as "Big Doofy," was born on March 1, 1993, in Port Arthur, Texas. He left this world too soon on January 13, 2025, in Port Arthur, Texas. Logan was known for his larger-than-life personality, humor, and an undeniable love for his family.
Logan professional life was dedicated to his craft as a mechanic and welder. His passion for working on cars was fueled not only by his skill but by the joy it brought him. He was a devoted husband to Katie Domingue and a proud father to their son, Kaden Todd Domingue, both of whom reside in Nederland.
Logan cherished life, finding joy in simple pleasures. He loved riding 4-wheelers and side-by-sides, which reflected his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. Those who knew him often described him as a huge teddy bear, a gentle giant whose kindness and warmth touched everyone around him.
His family meant everything to him, and they will forever carry his memory in their hearts. Logan is survived by his wife, Katie Domingue and their son, Kaden Todd Domingue, also his father, Todd Allen Domingue; his grandparents, Freddy Domingue and Robin Domingue; his siblings, Shane Domingue, Brandon McFarland, Lacy Domingue, and Hannah Feldschau; his nephews, Kyler Miller, Karson Breuer, and Johnny Domingue; niece, Lettie Jo Simon, as well as his mother-in-law, Lisa Holland; father-in-law, Ken Holland, and his wife, Bridgett; and sister-in-law, Carlie Holland.
Logan was preceded in death by his mother, Melissa Lynn Domingue. His family and friends are left to remember his laughter, his humor, and his devoted love for them.
A visitation to honor Logan's life will be held on January 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service starting at 11:00 AM, all taking place at Melancon Levingston in Nederland located at 1605 Avenue H, Nederland, TX 77627. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland.
As we reflect on the impact Logan has left in our lives, we remember not only his dedication to his work and family but also the laughter and love that he shared with all. Logan will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
