Lois Elizabeth Fennewald

Lois Elizabeth Fennewald, age 71, went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2025, at her home in Panama City, Florida. She was born on June 25, 1953, in Farmington, Missouri.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Lois spent her life in service to both her family and her country. As a proud military spouse for 30 years, she provided unwavering support to her family through the many challenges and blessings of military life. Lois was employed by the Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, for 20 years as an Administrative Assistant. Outside of her career, she found joy in arts and crafts, creating beauty and leaving lasting memories for those she loved.
Lois was preceded in death by her father, Joel Meador; mother, Ruby Mae Meador (née Robinette); her sister, Virginia Meador (Kiley); and her beloved infant son, Andrew Michael Fennewald.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 54½ years, Michael Fennewald; her daughter, Melissa Walbridge, and son-in-law, Adam Walbridge. Lois was a proud grandmother to RubySadie Elizabeth Walbridge, Gunnar Alan Walbridge, Audrey Michelle Walbridge, and Payson Ruel Walbridge, and great-grandmother to Maxwell James Midili.
Lois will be remembered for her generous heart, steadfast spirit, and her deep and abiding love of family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those gifted with the privilege to love her, and to be loved by her.
In honor of her life and devotion to her faith, a Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Friday, June 20, 2025, at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 3308 E 15th St, Panama City, Florida. Following services, Mrs. Fennewald will be laid to rest at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 3733 US-231, Panama City, Florida.
