Memorial services for Lois Wall Hamilton, 80 of Vidalia, LA will be held at Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Bro. Tim Herrington and Bro. Rodney Ratcliff officiating, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Young's Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Lois was born on Monday, July 9, 1945 in Ferriday, LA and passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 in Alexandria, LA. She was a gentle, loving soul whose life was grounded in her strong Baptist faith. She cherished every moment spent with her family and friends, and nothing brought her more joy than sharing life with her beloved "Baby" of 62 years. Their bond was a true testament to devotion and enduring love.

Lois found peace and happiness in the simple things-traveling to Mountain View, Arkansas, and Branson, Missouri, casting a line with her red-and-white cork and cane pole, and taking pride in cleaning homes throughout the Miss-Lou. She approached everything she did with kindness, steadiness, and a servant's heart. Those who knew Lois will forever remember her warmth, her laughter, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents Nelson and Mary Wall; her four brothers Charles Wayne Wall, Bobby Wall, Earl Wall and Nelson Wall Jr; and one sister Barbara Ann Beach.

She is survived by husband of 62 years, John Hamilton of Vidalia, LA; her two sons Jay Hamilton and his wife Tamara of Vidalia, LA, and Tim Hamilton of Vidalia, LA; her brother Clifford Wall and his wife Shiela of Monterey, LA; three grandsons, Trey Hamilton and his wife Janna, Bryar Hamilton and Kali, and TJ Hamilton and Janna; two granddaughters, Lacey Hamilton and Josh and Macy Hamilton. She is also survived by five great-grandsons Skyler Hamilton, Aiden Bramlett, Anduin Hamilton, Mason Hamilton and Kallan Hamilton and six great-granddaughters Stormi Hamilton, Sabel Hamilton, Saryn Hamilton, Mary Ellarose Hamilton, Braelyn Hamilton and Julian Hamilton.
