Lois Ann Haupert, 61, of rural Wabash, Indiana, died at 8:55 am, Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Wabash. She was born on January 29, 1964, in Wabash, Indiana, to James Donald and Meriam Irene (Tyson) Bone.
Lois was a 1982 graduate of Northfield High School, and then went on to receive her Associates Degree from Ivy Tech. She worked for Zimmer's in Warsaw and also Trelleborg/GenCorp for several years. Lois enjoyed going thrift store shopping, garage sales, scratching off lottery tickets, but especially spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons, Adam (Krystal) Phillips of Pierceton, Indiana, and Jon Jerricco Haupert of Wabash, two grandchildren, Korbin Haupert and Hayven Haupert, both of Denver, Indiana, brothers and sisters; Dennis (Sharon) Bone of Roann, Indiana, Gary Bone of Wabash, Troy (Kristie) Bone of Lagro, Indiana, Vicki Music of Wabash, Laura Bradley of Ijamsville, Indiana, Miriam Linkenhoker of Wabash, Scot Heeter of Wabash, and Cathy Carr of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Thomas Bone, and her sister, MaryAnna Coe.
There will be a celebration of Lois' life from 2:00 - 5:00 pm, Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave, Wabash.
Preferred memorial is Brianna's Hope, 110 N Cass Street, Wabash.
