GREENVILLE - Lois M. Klob left this world on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 2:02 p.m. at home surrounded by her family.
She was born at home in Westerlo on October 14, 1932, to the late Ward and Anna (Vincent) Waldron. Lois began her lifelong role as wife and mother on June 28, 1952, when she married her husband of 71 years, Fred Klob. Together, they raised three children and joyfully welcomed five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Lois loved family activities, camping, raising race horses, playing bingo, cards, jigsaw puzzles, dirt track racing, dining out and NASCAR.
In addition to her husband, Lois is survived by her children, Monte (Linda), Brenda (Jim), and Kevin; her grandchildren, Rebecca (Jason), Corey, Adam (Donna Mae), David, and Krystal (Dave) Caldwell; her great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Lois was predeceased by all of her siblings, Ward "Bud" (Clara) Waldron, Ruth (Gordon) Shaver, Marilyn "Tootie" (Bernard "Snapper") White, and Dale (Shirley) Waldron, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday, October 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville. The funeral will be on Wednesday, October 4, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by burial in the Greenville Cemetery.
