Lois Roth Obituary

Lois was born on December 4, 1932 in Mt. Kisco, NY to the late Serafino and Kathleen Bueti. She was the youngest of seven children. Lois grew up in Chappaqua, NY and attended Horace Greeley High School. She married Richard Roth on November 20, 1955. The couple initially settled in Chappaqua and ultimately moved to Somers, raising their three children. Lois and Rich owned a deli in Chappaqua in the 1970's and she was known as "Casserole Kate" (after her mother Kathleen) for her gourmet "ready to eat" meals, which were sold at the deli. Lois loved to cook and to entertain family and friends. Lois will be remembered for her sharp wit and the love and devotion she had for her family.
