She left this world July 31, 2025, after a long ongoing illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lindal Murry, parents Oscar and Rhuie Bettis, one daughter Goldie Masters, one grandson Douglas Brandell and one great grandson Payton Baily.
She is survived by her sons Douglas Bettis and wife Diane, Michael (Tony) Bettis and wife Rita, one daughter Rhuie (Renee) Benedict, several grandkids, great-grandkids and one great great-grandson.
Burial will be held in a private family ceremony at Clintonville Cemetery in El Dorado Springs.

So very very sorry for your loss. I had known Marie many many years. She and I had some great talks and shared memories on our medical trips. Marie was always smiling and ALWAYS called out to me when she saw me at work at the nursing home. I will miss her greatly. Love and prayers to all of you. Carolyn (&Marty) Jones
