Loran Boykin, Jr. Obituary
Loran Alvis Boykin, Jr., 83, of Little Rock passed away September 18, 2023. He was born August 6, 1940 in Helena, Arkansas, to the late Helen and Loran Boykin, Sr.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Joy Loftis Boykin; and his sister, Patsy Ledford.
Survivors include his daughter, Tamie Boykin Linson (Albert), a son, Lance Boykin (Terry); Linda’s children: Greg Loftis (Janet) and Brock Loftis; grandchildren, Robert Allen, Landon Boykin, Blake Boykin, Sean Loftis and Brock Loftis, Jr.; seven great-grandchildren: Scout Boykin, Finn Boykin, Beck Boykin, Daisy Boykin, Shyloh Allen, Kingston Allen, Savannah Allen; and a host of friends.
Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral service is 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
