Loran "Danny" Lyons Obituary
Loran "Danny" Lyons, age 88 of Westland passed away at his home on September 9, 2025.
He was born on March 17, 1937 in Newbern, Tennessee to his parents, the late Lizzie Mae (née Huer) and Lester Lyons.
Danny is the beloved and devoted husband of 60 years to the late Margaret Lyons; loving father of one child, Lisa (Tim) McGee and proud grandfather of Mark McGee and Kelsey McGee. He is survived by his sister Judy Hatley. He will be greatly missed by his Aunt Ann Orr, and many nieces and nephews.
Danny enjoyed all aspects relating to automobiles, relaxing by watching old westerns and Detroit sports teams, spending time with his family and was a devoted husband, father, Granddad and friend.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held with times and dates to be announced.
