Loreda G. Thompson

North Augusta, SC- Funeral Services for Mrs. Loreda G. Thompson, 98, who entered into rest April 30, 2025, will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Rev. Roy Kiser officiating. Interment to follow in Pineview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Thompson was a native of Mullins, SC, having made North Augusta her home for the past 85 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Augusta, the All Together Sunday School Class, the Pilot Club of North Augusta and the Telephone Pioneers of America. Mrs. Thompson retired from AT&T as a Customer Service Representative in 1985. She was the wife of the late William E. "Bill" Thompson.
Survivors include a son, William E. (Judy) Thompson, North Augusta, SC; a daughter, Donna (William) Mullins, Columbia, SC; five grandchildren, Scott (Sherry) Thompson, Stefanie (Rick) Brady, David B. Presley, Lori (Jake) Howard and John Randal Mullins; 12 great-grandchildren, Emily (Brandon) Viering, Oakley Thompson, Katelin Brady, Megan (Heath) Harrison, Olivia Presley, Brycen Lynch, Jacob Howard, William Howard, Joseph Howard, Paizley Mullins, Vively Mullins and Whit Mullins; two great-great-grandchildren, Mary Alice Miller and IvyLyn Viering.
Pallbearers will be Randy Mullins, Dave Presley, Heath Harrison, Rick Brady, Oakley Thompson and Scott Thompson.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
