Lorelee Ann "Lore" Socha Tallman

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Lorelee "Lore" Ann Socha Tallman, 63, of Roy UT. Lorelee was born April 30, 1959 to Robert and Arlene Socha in St. Paul, MN. Lorelee was a devoted mother, daughter, partner, friend, and teacher. She lit up any room with her radiant energy and smile. Lorelee was a very kind, intelligent, and loving person. She turned her love of learning into a 31-year career as a kindergarten teacher in Ogden City Schools. She had a knack for knowing exactly what every student needed and how she could help them. Every student she had loved her and excelled under her guidance. Lorelee is preceded in death by her father, Robert Socha. She is survived by her mother, Arlene, daughters Kaley and Molly, her soulmate Michael Jones and his family, sister Loni Socha, brother Larry Socha, and his family, as well as many cousins. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, January, 7 at 11 am at Myers Mortuary in Roy, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, UT 84067. A visitation hour with the family will be held before starting at 10 am. If you know Lore, her idea of fancy is black jeans so please come casual. Come celebrate her legacy!
