Loren C. Gamble

Loren Charlize Gamble, born August 19, 2002, was called home by God on March 31, 2023, at the tender age of 20 years old. She was a native and resident of Mobile, Alabama. She gave her life to Christ at a young age.
She was a junior at the University of Alabama, where she was studying Creative Media and Spanish. She had a near perfect GPA. She started directing and producing films, which was her dream. She was a 2020 graduate of Baker High School, Mobile, Alabama, where she had a perfect GPA. She spent her elementary and middle school years at Faith Academy, where she was an exemplary student and a member of the SGA, the Dance Team and the Track Team. She placed every time she competed.
Loren was also involved in the Girl's Scouts of America, where she volunteered and served her community. She was an activist and an advocate for change for the betterment of her community. She loved to model and was a natural makeup artist. She had a big heart and an amazing love for animals. She had the most kind, loyal, trusting and forgiving spirit.
She was preceded in death by her close cousin, Ceasar Smith III "Chris", her grandparents, Horace and Rev. Voncille Turner and grandmother, Deloris Gamble Durgin.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her parents, Charlotte Turner Gamble and Lorenzo Gamble; little brother and best friend, "her baby", Caleb Gamble, brothers, Lorenzo Gamble, Jr., Fernando Gamble; sister, Kierra Gamble; Godmother and devoted aunt, Phyllis Turner; devoted aunts, Terri (Vincent) Chestang, Hildred (Vincent) Smith and Iris Turner; eight uncles, Larry Turner, Eugene Burroughs, Rodney Turner, Jimmy Harris, Keith Gamble, Sheridan Gamble, Bryant Gamble and Darius Gamble. A host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
