Loretta J. McAlpine

Loretta J. McAlpine (nee Pandola) age 84, of "Oak Valley" Deptford Twp. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Philadelphia to the late Edward Pandola and Carmella (nee Valone). Loretta was very creative, enjoyed doing crafts, loved cooking, and apart from being a homemaker she worked for many years at J.M. Fields and Bradlees. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother (Gigi).
She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Calvin L. McAlpine Jr., three sons, Calvin McAlpine & his wife Lisa of Mantua, Mark McAlpine & his wife Alyssa of Mandeville, LA, and Van McAlpine of Oak Valley, and predeceased by her son, Edward R. McAlpine. Her seven grandchildren, Ryan McAlpine & his wife Christina, Kate McAlpine and her fiancé Bryan Campbell, Ian, Brody, Sean, Eddie, & Andrew McAlpine, her great granddaughter, Juliette McAlpine, sister-in-law, Karen Wagner, and several loving nieces & nephews will miss her deeply. Loretta was predeceased by two sisters, Connie Di Prinzio and Adeline Dawson and her brother-in-law, David Wagner.
Family and Friends may visit from 11 am to 12 pm on Tuesday, November 29th at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a Memorial Service will be held at 12 pm. Interment will be private.
