Loretta "Lori" Noble, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, at the age of 86, in
Lakeland, Florida. Born on September 22, 1938, in Vonore, Tennessee, Lori was the cherished daughter of John E. and Alva Bright. She lived a life rich in love and laughter, leaving behind a legacy that will be felt for generations to come.
Lori was the devoted wife of William Raymond Noble for an incredible 70 years. Their marriage was a true testament to love and partnership, marked by shared dreams, unwavering support, and countless joyful moments. Together, they raised a beautiful family, including their children Emmett Gregory (Kim) Noble, Raymond Craig (Pat) Noble, William Jeffery Noble, and Cathy Louise (Tim) Borders. Lori took immense pride in her role as a mother and was a constant source of strength and encouragement to her children.
In addition to her children, Lori joyfully welcomed a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren into her life. She adored her grandchildren, Tanya (James) Boyett, Tracy Gibson, Derrick Noble, Kelli (Adam) Allison, and Ashley (Jeremy) Mosedale, and cherished every moment spent with them. Lori's legacy continues with her great-grandchildren: Jeremy Boyett, Cody McNabb, Owen McNabb, Austin Mosedale, Chase Mosedale, Riley Gibson, Grace Mosedale, and Jett Noble, who will carry her memory and spirit with them always.
Though she will be dearly missed, Lori is now reunited with those who preceded her in death: her beloved parents, John E. and Alva Bright; her son, Raymond Creig Noble; her daughter, Cathy Louise Borders; and her six brothers and three sisters. The family finds comfort in knowing that she has been welcomed into the arms of her loved ones.
Lori enjoyed a fulfilling life, characterized by her love for travel and the time she spent with family and friends. With a knack for making people laugh, she had an infectious spirit that brought joy to all who knew her. Her warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by those fortunate enough to have shared her company.
The Celebration of Life service will be held to honor Lori's life on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 10:00a.m. at Lakeland Memorial Gardens. As they gather to celebrate her remarkable journey, they invite all who loved her to remember the laughter, love, and kindness that she shared so freely.
