Loretta Poe, 86, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025
She was born September 17, 1938 in Blair, Kansas to Eugene and Ruth (Miller) Schwope. Married Charles Poe on August 3, 1971, who she loved more than anything.
Loretta graduated from Elwood High School.
Loretta worked at several car dealerships over the years, love to go to thrift stores and going to the races.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles M. Poe; grandson, Jonny Walts; and brother, Ed Schwope, Sr.
Survivors include her children, Vivecca Ballinger and Jon Walts (Lisa); grandchildren, Nathan Walts, Kris Neill, Rici Briden (Jimmy), Kaleb Willis, Anthony Veale, and Brandon Lawrence; and 4 great-grandchildren.
