Survivors, daughters, Kelly Ryan Kirkland, Kristy Satterfield, Loretta was a cherished grandmother to five grandchildren, T.J. (Desteny) Satterfield, Dawson (Taylor) Satterfield, Tucker Satterfield, Dallas Kirkland, Nic Kirkland, Her only great-granddaughter, Charlotte Satterfield, Sisters, Billie Dunn, Bea Meador, Several special nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Harper & Bertie Mills Thompson, brother, Jimmy Thompson, sister, Joann Thompson, father of her children, Dallas Eugene Ryan.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to say "Thank You" to her Blount Discount Pharmacy family for loving and taking care of her for the past 22 years. She loved you all! Proverbs 31:28.
Graveside service & interment 11 A.M. Saturday, Vonore Methodist Cemetery, Pastor Chris Moore officiating. The family will receive friends 6-7:30 P.M. Friday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
