Lori Marie Cox, a beloved individual who left us on August 16, 2025, at the age of 47. Born on June 1, 1978, in Riverside, California, Lori was the cherished daughter of Dayna Louise Gorin and Guy Pittman.
Lori's vibrant life journey took her through Southern California and Southern Utah, where she grew up and created lasting memories. She was a caring and loving mother to her son, Colton Cox, who resides in North Carolina.
Professionally, Lori was an exceptionally talented chef, known for her remarkable culinary skills. Her entrepreneurial spirit and hard work were evident in her endeavors. Beyond her professional achievements, Lori had a profound love for the outdoors and treasured time with family.
Lori is survived by her son, Colton Cox; her father, Guy Pittman; her sister, Gina Ballard; and her brother, Ryan Pittman. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Lori's generosity and thoughtfulness will continue to inspire those she left behind. We find solace in knowing that she is now reunited in heaven with her mother.
