Lori Hazelton Obituary

Lori Lynn Hazelton

July 20, 1963 - August 14, 2025

Lori Lynn Hazelton, 62, went home to heaven on the morning of August 14, 2025.

She was born to Emily and Kenneth Hazelton on July 20, 1963, in La Crosse, Wis. Following her high-school graduation in 1981 from Faith Christian School, she worked at a number of service-related jobs in the area. Lori enjoyed vacations with family, singing, making music on her autoharp, playing games (especially Skipbo) and was thrilled when she was able to get her driver's license and her own car. She also assisted her mother and Aunt Carol in delivering Meals on Wheels. In recent years she lived in Warrens, Wis., and then in Tomah, Wis.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father. Lori is survived by her sisters, Bonnie Hazelton of Stockton Springs, Maine, and Leanne (Jeff) DeBauche of La Crosse, Wis.; her brother, Peter (Kimberly) Hazelton of Maineville, Ohio; her nephew, Nathan Garsow of Green Bay, Wis.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service is planned for a later date. The Schumacher-Kish Funeral & Cremation Services of La Crosse are in charge of arrangements.
