Lori (Dollie) Roan, 85 of Janesville Wisconsin, passed away on Friday April 25th 2025 from complications due to heart failure.
The visitation will be held on Wednesday May 7th from 10am to 2pm at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary in Cary Il. The burial will be at 2:30pm at the same location.
Lori was born in Chicago Illinois on January 13, 1940, and moved to Janesville Wisconsin in 1989.
Preceded in death by her husband Thomas B Roan who passed in June of 2024 on his 80th birthday, Lori and Tom were married for 50 years.
Lori was a retired businesswoman who specialized in cleaning houses and enjoyed making new friends through her business. Lori was also a lover of all animals, and surrounded herself with her favorite pets which she would rescue from the streets and animal shelters to give them a furrever home of their own. In her spare time Lori loved singing in her church choir where she would make more friends doing what she loves.
Lori is survived by her children Timmy, Pam, Danny, Sharon and Jennifer and Grandchildren, Michelle, Stephen, Phil, Jason, Lauren Little Dan and Brandon and Great Grandchildren, Audri, Talan, Halle, Maverik, Conrad, Dawson, Koa, and Ellie
In lieu of flowers the family has asked to instead make a donation to your local animal shelter in Lori's name.
Lori's family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and love and support in the many cards and texts and phone calls we've received.
