Lori R. Sheppard, 55, of Milesburg, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025, at home

surrounded by her family. She was born on July 14, 1970, in State College, to the late Robert

E.'Poppy' Wilson and Judith J. 'Nina' (Foster) Wilson. She was married in 1995 to her beloved

husband, Brian Sheppard, who survives in Milesburg.

Lori was a 1988 graduate of State College Area High School and was a 1990 graduate of South

Hills Business School with an associate's degree in Marketing and Management. She worked for

Restek for 14 years as a senior sales support coordinator until she was forced to retire due to

her medical diagnosis of polymyositis. Lori is remembered as being kind and caring with a

wicked sense of humor. She enjoyed spending time with her pets and family. She loved bird

watching at her feeders and found comfort and peace in painting and listening to podcasts.

Before she was diagnosed, she loved watching and attending Penn State football games with

friends.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children, Allison Miller and her husband

Marcus, of Milesburg, and Brian Sheppard II, of Bellefonte. She is also survived by her sister,

Kristin Mitchell and her husband Charlie, of Howard, as well as her granddaughter, Andreya K.

Miller of Milesburg.

Lori was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Wilson.
