Lori Ellen Trout, 60, of Mount Vernon, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Mount Vernon Health and Rehabilitation.
She was born on September 26, 1963, in Sandusky, Ohio and was the daughter of Richard and Sharon (Hale) Trout.
Lori was a graduate of Perkins High School in Sandusky Ohio. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a very loving and caring person. Throughout her life she developed many close friendships with her caregivers, and often called them "Mommy". Her smile, bright blue eyes & energy would light up any room. She loved people & learning about their families. She had a great memory, especially birthdays!
Lori is survived by her father, Richard, three brothers, Joel (Suzanne) Trout, Scott (Donna) Trout, and Brian (Litiana) Trout.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon.
The family would like to express their extreme gratitude to all of those that loved and were caregivers for Lori throughout her life.
The family is observing private services. The Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel is handling the services for the Trout family.
