Lorretta Janett Schkade went home to the Lord on August 9, 2024. "Net" as she was affectionately known, was born January 13
1939 to Walter and Gladys Reynolds in Breckenridge, Tx.
Net worked in the oil field for many years before starting at San Angelo State School until her retirement in 2001. It was a
job she truly enjoyed. She also loved working in the yard taking care of her flowers and vegetable garden. She would always
cook for everyone she knew and even those she didn't.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Walter and Gladys Reynolds, husband; Leslie Schkade, siblings; Billie Louise Reynolds, Barbara Edgar,
Clarence Reynolds, Wayne Reynolds, and Brenda Ball, brothers-in-law; Roy Edgar, Jerry York, daughter-in-law; Kathy
Schkade, son; Clay Schkade and grandson; Lance Schkade.
She is survived by sons; Wayne Schkade and Greg Schkade (Denise) grandchildren; John Schkade(Julie), Brandy Young(Chris),
Ashley Schkade, Joshua Peel, Jacklyn Peel, Kristen Kime(Adam), Gavin Schkade. Great-grandchildren; McKayla Terrell, Brandyn
Schkade, Lance Schkade, Emma Schkade, CJ Young, Olivia Peel, Londyn Schkade, sisters; Patsy York, Nancy Hughes(Mike), brother; Larry Reynolds (Debra) sisters-in-law; Jeanne Reynolds, Cynthia Reynolds, brother-in-law; Donald Ball as well as many nieces and nephews.
Service will be held Thursday August 15, 2024 at Johnson's Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens at 10:00 am.
