Lou Rooks Obituary
Lou Ann Rooks, 89, of Batesville, Arkansas passed away Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026.
She is survived by her son; Joe Rooks Jr.; her daughter, Patricia Rooks; her brother, Bill Runyan; three grandchildren, Tamera Carter (Matt), Jillian Beever and Alexandra Headley; two great grandchildren, Chase Carter and Addison Carter; along with other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Homes.
