Louann Ybarra Arellano was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 29, 1972 to parents Abel and Lucy Ybarra. Louann was called home to be with our Lord on June 21, 2025 at the age of 52.
Louann is preceded in death by her parents, father, Abel Ybarra; and mother, Lucy Ybarra. Louann is survived by her children, sons, Isaiah Medina, John Medina and Christian Medina; daughter, Savannah Medina; brother, Abel Ybarra; sisters Lori Ybarra and Lucinda Ybarra; and numerous loving grandchildren.
Louann was full of life and joy and it showed through her family and her hobbies. Louann loved to play bingo, and she loved life. Louann lived life everyday like it was her last. She enjoyed being with her grandchildren more than anything. Louann was a dedicated mother and grandmother. Louann will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her, especially her family, children and grandchildren. It is never goodbye, but till we meet again. Please come and join the family of Louann Ybarra Arellano as we gather to honor and remember a wonderful life live and all the beautiful memories made. Services are as follows:
Friday - June 27, 2025
4pm - 8pm - Visitation to be held at the Texas Funeral Home Chapel, 2702 Castroville Rd., San Antonio, TX 78237 with a prayer service to be recited at 6:30pm
Saturday - June 28, 2025
8am - 11am - Visitation to be held at the Texas Funeral Home Chapel
11:15am - Announcement for departure
11:45am - Departure from funeral home
12pm - Cemetery Services - Wildflower Cemtery, 10392 Kriewald Rd., San Antonio, TX 78245
