Louie D. Wilson of Goshen, Alabama entered Glory on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at his home. He was 88 years old. He was a man of great faith who adored his family and friends. Everyone who knew him, loved him and enjoyed his great sense of humor.

Louie accepted Jesus as his Savior at a young age and rededicated his life to the Lord as a young adult, where he then joined God’s Way Baptist Church. He was a faithful member of God’s Way Baptist Church for over 50 years. Throughout his time at God’s Way, he served in various roles, including Sunday School Superintendent, deacon, and choir member.

Louie worked with the Rural Electric Association as a lineman for many years before owning and operating Wilson’s Auto Service. During his time at the service stations, he was also a substitute rural mail carrier. He later became a full-time rural mail carrier where he remained until he retired to help on the farm.
