Louis A. Consolaro, 89, of Sanderson, FL passed away on October 14, 2025. He was born on October 21, 1935, in North Deer, Pennsylvania, to the late Joseph and Mary (Pencak) Consolaro.
Lou proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He worked many years as a truck driver before beginning a long and successful career as a pipeline site superintendent in Saudi Arabia and Nevada.
Beyond his professional life, Lou enjoyed farming; working with his hands whether that be woodworking, welding, or repairing things; traveling; teaching trade skills, and sharing stories with friends and family. Lou took pride in being able to provide his grandchildren with countless travel adventures that will always be cherished.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bobbie Long Consolaro and sister Dorothy Grass. Lou is survived by his children: Ray (Kathy) Consolaro, Pine Thrift, Lori (Brian) Folsom, Timmy (Vicki) Milton all of Sanderson and Jim (Paula) Consolaro of Saxonburg Pennsylvania; 9 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Loving companion Carla Eatmon also survives.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Internment will be at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
