Louise Biser, age 83, of Whitehall, Ohio passed away on April 11, 2025. Louise was born on October 8, 1941 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Joseph and Dorothy (Wall) Persinger.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Biser, Sr., sisters Dorothy, Judy, Betty and Mary Lou.
Louise is survived by her children, James (Karen Perritt) Biser Jr, Joe (Carmella) Biser, and Virginia (Delman) Gaddie, her grandchildren, Shane, Dawn, Rachel, and Reece, her great-grandchild, Gunnar, brothers Jess and Joe Persinger.
Louise had many interests, including gardening, baking and cake decorating, her pets, and her family.
She will be deeply missed.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, Ohio 43123 from 11:00am until time of service at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Glen Rest Memorial Garden, Reynoldsburg, OH.
