Louise E. (Gauthier) Bolduc, 71, died peacefully after a brief illness with her family by her side on June 13th, 2025.
Born in Lowell on July 27, 1953, Louise was the daughter of the late Raymond and Florence (Berube) Gauthier. She attended school in Lowell and received her BSN-RN degree from Rivier College in Nashua, NH. She then went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Business from Newbury College in Brookline, MA.
Louise loved her "Ladies of Carriage Manor" and spent many days going for walks and enjoying their company around the outlawed fire pit that her and Chris kept outside their condo. She could be found help setting up the yearly Halloween Dog Stroll for her community, arranging breakfasts, or scheduling a girls' night to bring her neighbors together. She also enjoyed the time spent with her best friend Janet Scanlon.
For many years, Louise worked at Wang Laboratories, which she considered the best job ever, after all that's where she met Denis, the love of her life. Afterwards she became an RN and worked for several local organizations including the VNA of Lowell, Lowell General Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, and Concord Regional Hospital.
Prior to her illness, Louise retired and was enjoying life with her husband Denis, whom she was married to for 32 years, her sons and daughters-in-law, her dog Cooper, as well as her six grandchildren, who were the loves of her life.
Louise is survived by her beloved husband, Denis Bolduc; her son Michael Greenwood and his wife Michelle of Dracut; her stepson Curtis Bolduc of Manchester NH; and her daughter-in-law Suzana Greenwood of Lowell. She also leaves behind two brothers, Richard Gauthier of Ringe, NH; Leo Gauthier and his wife Nancy of Allenstown, NH; her loving sister Jeannine Gauthier of Londonderry, NH; six amazing and talented grandchildren, Michael Greenwood Jr., Veronica Greenwood, Mark Greenwood Jr., Nathaniel Greenwood, Zachary Greenwood, and Isabella Greenwood; as well as cousins, many nieces and nephews.
She is pre-deceased by her first-born son, Mark R. Greenwood; her two sisters, Rosemarie Casey and Nancy Harrison.
Louise's burial will be private per her request. Memorial donations in her name may be made to Community Hospice House 210 Naticook Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054 https://www.hhhc.org/how-to-help/memorial-gifts/
