Louise Ray Lambert, age 88, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025, in Bristol, Tennessee. She was a daughter of the late William and Artie Ellison Ray, born to them on June 3, 1936, in Harrogate, Tennessee. She united in marriage to Hubert Earl Lambert and to this union, three daughters were born.
Along with her parents, Louise is preceded in death by her husband Hubert Earl, her siblings, Mamie Arnold, Sewell Ray, Homer Ray, Elizabeth Lester, Laford Ray, Vivian Daniel, and Christine Crockett.
Louise is survived by her loving daughters, Becky Brewster (Chuck), Beth Williams Jones (Clint), and Tina Coffey (Richard). Her sister, Lucille Ramsey, grandchildren, Jessica Vallone, MiKaylee Yonce, Anna Grace Coffey, and Daniel Williams. Her great-grandchildren, Aubrey Vallone, Karlie Vallone, Olivia Vallone, Cameron Vallone, Sophia Vallone, Caleb Vallone, Stuart Yonce and Gideon Yonce. She is also survived by many of relatives and friends left behind to cherish her memory.
Funeral services for Louise Ray Lambert will be conducted on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of Oakley-Cook Funeral Home with Scott Watson and Danny Depew officiating.
The Lambert family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, after 5:00 P.M. until the hour of service at 7:00 P.M.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 12:00 noon in the Forge Ridge Cemetery, located in Harrogate, Tennessee. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery no later than 11:50 A.M.
The family would like to offer their sincere thanks to the doctors and staff at The Waters of Bristol, for the excellent care they gave to Louise.
