Born in Wilno Poland, to Sucher and Eva Wolman. The family moved to France when Luba was 6 months old.
Luba is a holocaust survivor. She lived in France for many years before immigrating to the United States in the 50's. Luba lived in New York City before settling down in River Edge, NJ 53 years ago.
Before retiring, Luba was a sales representative at Saks Fifth Avenue in Hackensack, NJ.
In her spare time, she loved to read and would read at least 2 to 3 books every week. She also loved chair yoga.
Luba is predeceased by her husband, Morris Plotkin, who passed in 2023.
Surviving are her daughters, Sandra Meisner of Woodbridge, NJ. Pamela Bernardo and her husband, Joseph of Roan Mountain, Tenn and her grandchildren, Joshua Meisner and Rachel Bernardo.
A chapel service will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 9:45 am, at MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ. For directions, please view our "Events" listed below.
