Lucio Rocha Obituary

A celebration of life for Lucio will be held on Saturday June 10, 2023, at 3:00 pm at 214 E Lewis Street, in Roswell, NM.
On February 14, 1960, Lucio was born to Guillermo Rocha and Pilar Gulez in Tularosa, NM. He was the beloved husband, dad, grandpa, great-grandpa and Tio, who will be missed greatly by his family and friends. Lucio enjoyed spending time with his family; mainly his grandchildren, he loved them the most. He also enjoyed gardening, raising chickens with his granddaughter, taking his cherished dog Loc for bike rides, watching wrestling, shooting bb guns with his grand kids, bible study, and telling everyone about his crazy childhood and life adventures. He also liked to take long cruises in the country listening to music. Lucio loved to sit outside and water the yard and smoke.
Lucio is survived by his wife, Pauline Cruz; children: Priscilla and husband Joel Torres, Melissa Rocha, and Crystal Rocha; grandchildren: Brianna Torres, Esperanza and husband Mathew Linares, Katalena Torres, Justin Torres, Isabell Hernandez, Noah Andres Rocha, Daniel Jimenez, Guillermo Jimenez, and Nevaeha Rocha; great-grand child, Axel Linares; sisters: Jerry Samario, Simona and husband Pancho Zamora; brothers: Orlando and wife Cindy Gulez, and Pancho Rocha; cherished nieces: Dolores Lucero and Marylou Montoya; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
Lucio is preceded in death by children: Lucio Andres "AJ" Rocha and Brian Rocha; parents: Guillermo Rocha and Pilar Gulez; numerous siblings; and cherished best-friend, his dog Loc.
The family of Lucio wishes to extend sincere thanks to friends, family and hospice staff that attended to him during his journey.
Lucio's tribute was written in his honor by his family.

my condolence to the whole family ,Andy came to our Bible studies multiple times , it was always great honor to have him join us , he was always smiling even in the condition he was in, his big smile and the kind words he spoke will be greatly missed , believing he's in a greater place now , rejoicing with the LORD
