Lucy Pellman Obituary
Lucy Carrillo Pellman, age 93, peacefully passed away on December 21, 2024 at the nursing home where she resided. She is survived by 2 adult children Freddie Pellman and Gina Bess, she has 4 grandchildren Noreen Crouse, Freddy Pellman Jr., Sheldon Bess and Alyssa Bess, and a total of 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Amelia Varela and father Manuel Carrillo, her sister Connie Benavidez and brother Armando Tito Carrillo. Lucy was born in Newell South Dakota and was raised in Clifton Arizona and resided in Albuquerque New Mexico permanently.
Her favorite pass time was taking weekly drives in Albuquerque driving east towards the mountains, and with each drive she would say "Oh, there's my mountains" which she loved to do to get a different view from the nursing home, at the nursing home she would occasionally play bingo and enjoyed word seek puzzles. She will be missed by everyone who's met her.
A funeral service will be held Friday, January 10, 2025 at 10:00am at Daniels Family Funeral and Cremations. 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
