Lucy Shoffner Obituary
Lucy Euliss Shoffner, age 93, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Homeplace. She was a native of Alamance County and the wife of 72 years to the late William Franklin Shoffner, Jr.
Lucy was a homemaker and member of Faith Christian Church. She was a loving and devoted, wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include his daughter, Wesla Frankie Shoffner of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren, Chase Walker (Darrian) Shoffner of Elon and Mia Gabrielle Shoffner (Bobby) Maulden of Whitsett. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Franklin Shoffner, Sr.; parents, Martin and Trissie Hayes Euliss; sister, Dorothy Grey Euliss and brothers, Phillip Hayes Euliss and Eargle Euliss.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 11:00am at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Reid Dickens. The burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 9:45-10:45am prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers and providing food the family would prefer memorials to be made to AuthoraCare Hospice, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
