Luis M. Lezama

Luis M. Lezama, age 62, entered into rest on January 6, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Luis was born on July 18, 1963, to Dolores and Reina Mendoza in Guanajuato, Mexico. A

beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, Luis passed away peacefully with his

loved ones by his side. At the age of 13, Luis came to Texas in search of a better life. From an

early age, he worked hard and devoted himself fully to his family and his work. Although he

wasn't one for television, he found great joy in listening to music and enjoying home-cooked

meals surrounded by family.

Luis is preceded in death by his mother, Reina Mendoza, and his brothers, Arturo, Guadalupe,

and Salvador Mendoza.

He is survived by his father, Dolores Mendoza; his son, Luis A Mendoza and wife Andrea

Mendoza; and grandchildren Noxstalye, Christina, Christian, and Chasten Mendoza. His

brothers; Nicolas, Jose, Saul, Dolores Jr., and Miguel Mendoza; his sisters Maria Del Carmen and

Isabel Mendoza; his long-time beloved partner, Stacy White; and her children James, Laderrick

(wife Kieran Mckinnies), Keron (and wife Myesha White), and Keshia White-Washington (and

husband Bernard Washington). Grandchildren; Khatelyn, Khendyll, Bernard Jr., and Khalysii

Washington, as well as Kaylee, Genesis, and Keron White Jr.

Luis will be remembered for his strong work ethic, loyalty, and the love he shared with

everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on through his family and

the many lives he touched.
