Lydia Ina Ketcham-Fox was born on January 25th, 1941 to Robert and Lydia Ketcham in Cincinnati, Ohio. Lydia passed away in her sleep during the very early morning hours on August 13th, 2025.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Lydia's life revolved around three main things: her family, her animals, and music. She was a singer and studied with well known voice coaches, practicing the operatic skills she inherited from her opera-star mother. In the early 1990's, Lydia got the chance to show off her opera skills at Carnegie Hall in New York City with the Cincinnati May Festival Chorus. Singing truly was her passion and she would sing all of the time while at home with her family.

Lydia worked for the City of Cincinnati for over 35 years and was very proud of the job she had. She was able to work alongside many important people throughout her career and took pride in everything she did. She retired in the year 2000 at the age of 60, but her work didn't end there. She and her husband Ken took on the roles of full time grandparents and raised their grandchildren Kaylee, Ryan, Nathan, and Kaytyn. So needless to say, Lydia's life stayed busy.

A few other things Lydia enjoyed are bright colors, specifically red and green, patterns of all sorts, especially leopard print, and nature, flowers specifically. She loved to sit on the front porch of her home with her family and admire everything. The flowers, the sky, the trees and bushes. She loved it all. Her favorite flowers were sunflowers, roses, tulips, daisies and chrysanthemums. Anything bright and colorful, that's what made Lydia the happiest.
Preceding in her death are her parents, Robert and Lydia Ketcham, and her husband, Kenneth Fox Sr. As well as many other family members and pets.
She is survived by her Son, Kenneth Fox Jr., her grandchildren, Kaylee Meece, Ryan Meece, Nathan Smith and Kaytyn Smith, and her great-grandsons Charlie Farrell and Vincent Farrell.
She will be missed greatly by her family and friends, but will continue to live on through everyone she's ever encountered.

Her visitation is on Saturday, August 16th, 2025, from 1pm until time of at funeral 2pm at Tredway Funeral Home in Cincinnati, Ohio.
