Lydia met the love her life Juan Torres in 1977 and in union created a family and together they build a partnership with affection.
Lydia relished family gatherings, holidays, and simple moments spent together. Lydia was a nurture which extended to friends, neighbors, and even strangers-anyone who crossed Lydia's path felt her warmth and sincerity. In her younger days she always had this stoic and fierce look with her haircuts.
Lydia enjoyed doing her cross-word puzzles, painting her figurine statues, coloring, knitting and making her own pillows. Lydia was very crafty. She enjoyed spending time with her Great Grand-daughters Elena and Celina. She enjoyed her time with her Chihuahua Princess.
