Lynda Case Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Crawford / Ray Funeral Home on Jun. 22, 2024.
On this day we honor and celebrate the life of a precious lady, Lynda Kaye Case, who entered into her Heavenly home on Saturday, June 15, 2024. We give thanks for our beloved Lynda and the 53 years of her wonderful life.
She was born August 17, 1970, in Detroit, Michigan but for most of her life, she had made Canton her home. This was a place she loved and where Lynda was loved by everyone who knew her.
Lynda's unwavering belief in the power of education shaped her life journey. She earned her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree and Lynda was working diligently toward receiving her Doctorate Degree, a true testament to her dedication and her desire for knowledge. Lynda cherished her family above all else. She was a loving wife, wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend and Lynda was also a wonderful and devoted homemaker. Her love for her family knew no bounds and her home was always a place where everyone was always made feel welcome and loved.
Her love for reading was infectious. She immersed herself in books, finding solace, adventure, and wisdom within their pages. She often enjoyed reading to her grandson, Luke, and he will forever cherish those memories. With her heart full of love for children, she volunteered her time at North Canton Elementary School and being able to share lunchtime with her grandson at school was a highlight of her day and a tradition that filled her heart with joy.
Her ancestry and family heritage were very important to Lynda and she so enjoyed making trips back to her Michigan birthplace to visit her family and reconnect with loved ones. In remembering Lynda, we will forever think of her loving and kind spirit and the great inspiration that she brought to our lives each and every day. Her life was a guiding light to everyone and her light will continue to shine brightly in our lives and memories forever. She will be missed each and every day.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Biggs Bennett and her step-father Mike, and also her brother Scott.
Surviving are her husband of 12 years and the love of her life, Ronnie Case; her father, Robert "Bob" Bennett; her daughters, Mary, Anita and Monica; her son,Houston ; her grandchildren who she adored, Luke, Hunter, Nathan, Kristin, and Celeste; her brother, Mark Bennett; her sister-in-law and her best friend, Kathy; and many dear friends.
A celebration of life and a gathering of friends to honor Lynda's life will be announced at a later date.
