Lynn Borders Obituary
Lynn Marie Borders (nee: Serva) was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, after her second fearless and courageous battle with breast cancer. Lynn spent her life being the definition of a fighter. She had a smile on her face every time you saw her, despite her life's difficult journey. She was the best at giving a listening ear when you needed it and even better at giving advice. She loved so deeply, especially her children and her grandson. She will forever live on in the hearts of her friends and family.
Lynn was an avid New York Giants fan. She announced it to everyone and proudly wore her Giants gear. She loved to tease Eagles fans about how her Giants were better.
Lynn was the beloved mother of Alyssa Seppy (Jonathan), Alexis Borders, Tyler Whitman and the late Dennis Lee Borders III; loving grandmother to Jonathan Seppy Jr.; dear sister to Melissa "Missy" Kreth and the late Ronald "Ronbo" Koch; dear aunt to Giovanna Koch and the late Talia Mayka.
A celebration of life for Lynn will be held on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 from 11 AM until 3 PM at the Pitman VFW, 142 Oakcrest Avenue, Pitman, NJ 08071. Our family invites all of her friends and family to stop in during this time to celebrate Lynn's life. In her honor, please wear NY Giant's Blue, as if you knew her, this was her favorite team.
