Mabel Ford Obituary
Mrs. Ford was born on July 13, 1938 in Iredell County to the late Daniel Webster Henderson and Darlee Jennings Henderson.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband Dwight Ford; a daughter Glenda Billings; and a son Jimmy Ford.
Those left to cherish her memory are two sons Darrell (Diane) Ford of Winston Salem and Dwight (Teresa) Ford; seven grandchildren Jamie Caudle, Donald (Jessica) Caudle, Stephen (Jessica) Ford, Kimberly (Ben) Turpin, Amanda (Luke) Brown, Natalie (Jeff) Vance, and Kallie Ford; and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service for Mrs. Ford will be held on Monday April 15, 2024 at 2pm at Union Baptist Church in Hamptonville with Rev. Chris Snow and Rev. Johnny Arnold officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1pm-2pm prior to the service at the church.
