Magdalena Quinonez

With deep love and profound sadness, we share the peaceful passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Magdalena Campos de Quinonez, at the age of 70. Known lovingly as Nena, she was the heart and glue of our family. A source of strength, grace, and endless love. Her life was devoted to nurturing those she cherished, filling our days with warmth, wisdom, and laughter.
Nena's joy in life shone through her love of music and dancing, filling our home with happiness and celebration. Nena's kindness and generosity touched everyone she met, and her joyful spirit will forever live in our memories. She is survived by her loving husband, Juan Quinonez of 51 years; her devoted daughters, Maricela Guzman, Carolina Herrera, and Evelyn Camacho; her cherished grandchildren. Selene Guzman, Anthony Guzman, Fabian Herrera, Mario Camacho, Ivan Hererra, and Rebecca Camacho and her great-grandchildren: Aiden Guzman and Henry Guzman, who will forever remember her hugs, laughter, cooking and unconditional love.
A celebration of Nena's life will be held in Chicago on November 21st at Casey & Rios Funeral Home at 4PM where family and friends can gather to honor her memory and the legacy of love she leaves behind. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Santiago Papasquiaro, Durango, returning to her cherished homeland for her final farewell.

Con profundo amor y gran tristeza, compartimos el fallecimiento en paz de nuestra querida esposa, madre, abuela y bisabuela, Magdalena Campos de Quinonez, a la edad de 70 años. Conocida cariñosamente como Nena, fue el corazón y el lazo que unía a nuestra familia. Fuente de fortaleza, gracia y amor infinito, dedicó su vida a cuidar y nutrir a quienes más amaba, llenando nuestros días de calidez, sabiduría y alegría.
La alegría de Nena brillaba a través de su amor por la música y el baile, llenando nuestro hogar de felicidad y celebración. Su bondad y generosidad tocaron a todos los que la conocieron, y su espíritu alegre vivirá para siempre en nuestros recuerdos. Le sobreviven su amado esposo, Juan Quinonez, con quien compartió 51 años; sus hijas Maricela Guzman, Carolina Herrera y Evelyn Camacho; sus nietos Selene Guzman, Anthony Guzman, Fabian Herrera, Mario Camacho, Ivan Hererra y Rebecca Camacho; y sus bisnietos Aiden Guzman y Henry Guzman, quienes siempre recordarán sus abrazos, risas, cocina y amor incondicional.
La celebración de la vida de Nena se llevará a cabo en Chicago, viernes 21 de Noviembre, en Casey & Rios Funeral Home a las 4PM, donde familiares y amigos podrán reunirse para honrar su memoria y el legado de amor que deja. Después del servicio, será sepultada en Santiago Papasquiaro, Durango, regresando a su tierra querida para su despedida final.
