Mahendrakumar Shantilal Soni passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 7, 2025 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville, NJ following a sudden illness, surrounded by his loving family. He was 66.
Born in Bharuch, Gujurat, India, Mr. Soni had lived in Uganda, Africa, before returning to India. He was visiting his family in Parsippany when he took ill.
He was a marketing manager with the Global Paper Company of Uganda, Africa, before his retirement seven years ago.
Mr. Soni is survived by his loving wife, Ranjanben Soni; two beloved children, Yagnesh Soni and his wife, Krishna of Parsippany, NJ, and Nilamben M. Soni and her husband, Tushar Parekh of Lake Hiawatha, NJ; his dear sister, Saroj Choksi of India; and two cherished grandsons, Mansh Soni and Krishiv Parekh.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Puja Funeral Service and Visitation on Friday, May 9, 2025, 9:30am to 11:00am at the S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, NJ. Cremation will follow at Rosedale Crematory, Montclair, NJ.
