Born on October 11, 1980 in Malaya, Lepetikha, Ukraine, he as the son of Zinaida (Ganjuk) Burtceva and the late Vasilii Kostenko.
Mr. Kostenko is survived by his mother and step father, Zinaida and Iuril Burteva of Winder.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Rd., Gainesville, Ga. 30504 is in charge of the arrangements.
