Malcolm Jacque Anderson ("Jack"), a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on December 30th, 2025, at the age of 86, surrounded by his loving family.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Ferrell Jack Anderson and Chloeris Jacqueline Jacques. He is survived by his cherished wife Patricia Woods Anderson; his son, Jeffrey Anderson; his daughter, Julie Anderson Greenway; his granddaughter, Amanda Greenway, and half siblings Cleo Home and Martin Anderson.
Jack was born on January 3rd, 1939, in Cowley County, Kansas and spent his childhood in Arkansas City and Oxford, Kansas. After graduating Oxford High School, he received a football scholarship to Wichita State University and graduated with a degree in Engineering.
On August 7, 1960, Jack married his high school sweetheart Patricia Woods and they remained happily married for 65years. He began his career as an executive for Proctor & Gamble. Over the years, his success took him and Pat to many different
parts of the country. During their journeys, they embraced new communities, churches, and friends. Jack enjoyed all sports, especially playing tennis. In 1981 he graduated with an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. During retirement, Jack enjoyed living on the lake, volunteering in the community, moving to the warm climate of Texas, traveling with Pat, and spending time with his family.
Jack was a guiding light to his family and a pillar of strength. He was wise, compassionate, unwavering in support, and the epitome of integrity. His bond with his family was strong and especially with his wife, Pat. His devotion to her was evident to all who knew them. He will forever be in our hearts.
