Manuel FRANCO Obituary

Age 68 of St. Paul Passed away November 11, 2022 Manuel was preceded in death and survived by many members of the FRANCO family of St. Paul's West Side. His heart carried an understanding of love that he was not always able to express. He was a lover, he was a fighter. He was a hero, and a villain. In a short truth, we all are. You never had to imagine who he was, he showed you; and for that, he will be missed.

Sorry to know of Manuel's passing. I remember him as a little boy walking down the streets of WSP. God be with him. The Garcia Family.

I am sorry to see has passed. He was one of those West Siders who you could be genuine around.
