Marcia Joan (Smith) Carmosino
Marcia Joan Carmosino, 76, of Fairview, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024 peacefully in her home.
Born February 4, 1948 at Hamot Hospital in Erie, she was the daughter of the late Marshall Ralph and Mae Joan (Myers) Smith.
Marcia was a graduate of Girard High School. She retired from Spectrum Controls in Fairview where she worked as an electronics assembler. She enjoyed reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, and in her younger years, she enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. She enjoyed music from the '60's, '70's, and '80's and went to Woodstock many times with her husband.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Andrew "Andy" David Carmosino; her daughter, Marcy Brown (Robert); her son, William Carmosino (Kari); 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Sandra Borland (Jim), Jean Smith, Nancy Smith, Sharon Coffin (Bob), and Patricia Lintz, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Marcia was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronny Smith and Johnny Smith, and her sister, Diane Smith.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
