Joseph J. Carmosino, 86, of Hamden, CT, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025. He was born on April 10, 1938, in New Haven, CT, to the late Joseph and Louise Carmosino.
Joe lived a full and vibrant life, enjoying target shooting, flying, building model airplanes, traveling, and cherishing time with his family. He dedicated his career to working as a skilled toolmaker until his retirement.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Anna (Skorb), and his cherished daughter, Joanne "Sissy" Carmosino. Joe is survived by his sons, John Carmosino and David Carmosino (Becky), his sister, Louise "Betty" Carmosino, and his granddaughter, Latoya. He is also lovingly remembered by his wife, Lili Brody Carmosino, and his stepdaughters, Karen Collett, Lori Brody-Shimek, and Staci Brody, along with their families.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Monday, March 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Keenan Funeral Home, 330 Notch Hill Rd., North Branford. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. at St. Augustine Church, 30 Caputo Rd., North Branford. Interment will take place at St. Agnes Cemetery, 295 East Main St., Branford.
