Margaret "Peggy" Theresa (Uselman) Bothum
Born August 9th, 1930 in Brawley California
The Uselman family moved to Silverton Oregon when Peggy was twelve years old.
Peggy attended 7th and 8th grades at St. Paul Parochial school and graduated Silverton High School in 1948.
Right out of high school Peggy went to work for Portland General Electric in Silverton.
Peggy met and married the love of her life, Kermit Bothum, September 23, 1950. They were married for 54 years before Kermit passed away on January 15, 2005.
The happy couple were blessed with five children: Mike (Jan), David (Cyd), Pat (Alena), Cindy (Jerry James) and Kim (John Glover), 15 grandkids, 43 great grand kids and 3 great great grandkids.
Peggy and Kermit lived in Silverton until moving to Central Oregon in 1973. They were parishioners at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Sisters for 19 years until moving to Redmond and became parishioners at St Thomas Catholic Church in 1992.
Peggy loved the Lord, her family, knitting, crocheting and of course her gardening.

My favorite memory was going to dinner at her house and playing cards and just laughing till we were crying, and just sitting outside out back in her super nice lawn. I loved going on walks with her and my grandma Cindy as well. I love you grandma great Peggy!!
