Margaret Ella Brouillette

Our dearest baby girl, Margaret Ella Brouillette, age 21, a lifelong Mohawk resident, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, October 24, 2023. They say that only the good die young and although it always seemed like nothing more than a catchy phrase, it has never rang more true.
Born in New Hartford on February 15, 2002, Margaret is the daughter of Lisa F. (Thomes) Brouillette and Randy J. Brouillette. As a child, she attended St. Francis de Sales Catholic School and was a graduate of Central Valley Academy with the Class of 2020. Margaret had a zest for fashion and a love for Elvis; and although quiet, she had a wonderful and subtle sense of humor.
In the words of her family, she was the truly the best of us. She never said one mean word about anyone and was the embodiment of "if you have nothing good to say then don't say anything at all." She was purely GOOD and there wasn't anything bad about her. She was quiet, introverted, truthful and honest; certainly not one to ever betray. She had a sweet and loving demeanor and a very giving nature.
Margaret's aura of kindness exuded to her family and those she was closest to. Her mother will miss her 'Margaret hugs' and her beautiful face. Her Godson, Luca, and special niece, Gemma, will forever hold onto the things they did with their Aunt Margaret. Her big brother, Nolan, and big sister, Phoebe, will miss their adventures and excursions together.
This world has grown far too dark and it is her family's belief that God called Margaret home because we did not deserve her here anymore. She left us all far too soon and her absence will forever leave a hole in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
She is survived by her parents, Lisa and Randy; her sister, Phoebe Orilio; her brothers, Nolan Brouillette and Douglas Orilio and girlfriend, Markie; her niece, Gemma Hammont; her nephews, Luca Day and Harrison; a great-aunt, Nancy Murphy and family; aunts, Marge King and June Tutty and their families; uncles, Jack Thomes and Ken and Becky Thomes and their families; and a special aunt and uncle, Pam and Dan Jones, and their sons, David and Andrew. She also leaves behind her BFF, Molly, along with many cousins and extended family members.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 3:00PM – 7:00PM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000.
Margaret's funeral service will commence on Thursday morning, November 2, 2023 at 9:45AM at the funeral home and at 10:30AM at the Church of the Annunciation in Ilion where her Mass of Christian Burial will be offered by Rev. Paul Catena, Pastor. Procession will follow to Mt. View Memorial Gardens where her earthly remains will be laid to rest high up on the top of the hill.
