Margaret Joan Brown died on August 12, 2025.
Maggie was an 18-wheeler truck driver. She lived most of her life in Collinsville, Illinois then she moved to Marble Hill, Missouri where she lived with her husband, Bobby Brown.
She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparent; parents, Helen and Earl Wainscott; husband; sons, BJ Brown, Ernest Belcher; stepson, Robbie Brown; daughters, Martha, Sarah and Elizabeth Belcher; sister, Linda (Amalio) Suarez nee Wainscott; brother. Richard (Donna) Wainscott; sisters, Barbara and Mary Louise Wainscott; niece, Rebecca Martinez; great-nephew, Joseph Bourland; nephew, Ricky Wainscott; great-nephew, Sean Suarez.
She is survived by her sister, Pat (Raul) Martinez nee Wainscott; nephew, Ray (Karen Rapp) Martinez; niece, Rachel (Clay) Van Fossan nee Martinez; nephew, Randy Martinez (Tamara Throneberry); nephew, Robert (Brandi Huelsmann) Martinez; niece, Mary Helen (Lee) Adreadis nee Suarez; niece, Barbara (Jim) Stines nee Suarez; nephew, Ray (Ikuko) Suarez; niece, Denise Douglas nee Wainscott; 6 great nieces, Victoria, Melissa, Grace, Sylvia, Heather, Macyn, Lynda, Meako and Shena; 6 great-nephews, Blaine, Brody, Clayton, Noah, Danny, Alex; 4 great-great nieces, Lila, Emma, Evelyn and Aria; 2 great-great nephews, Everett and Owen.
Maggie loved life (!!), her family and friends and most of all, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She will be missed by all.
Her love goes out to Victoria, Norton, and Melissa Wilson for giving her this last year with us, and to Rachel Van Fossan for taking such good care of her. Clayton, Ralph and Brody for cutting her grass and moving her. Grace for planting flowers and painting. Tammy and Heather for all their help, and Robert, Randy, and Ray for all their help.
Visitation will be held 6-8 pm, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Herr Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held 1pm, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from the chapel of Herr Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, Illinois.
