Margaret Ellen Corbin

Margaret Ellen (Dempester) Corbin, 82 of Weirton, WV, went peacefully from her home to be reunited with her loved ones in heaven on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
Margaret was born on October 13, 1942. She was the daughter of the late Elza Leroy Dempester and Icyle Elizabeth (Tabler) Dempester.
Margaret retired from Mon Power in the accounting and billing department. She was a devoted member of the Foundery Church, Wellsburg, WV. Many will remember Margaret for her beautiful singing, traveling, socializing with family and friends and her love of all animals.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, George Melvin Corbin, her baby brother, various aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and loved pets.
Margaret leaves several cousins, step children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and special friends.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 4:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 6:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV with Pastor David Keister, officiating.
Interment will be private next to her husband, George at Independence Cemetery, Avella, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any no-kill animal shelters, C/o James Funeral Home, 1245 Main Street, Follansbee, WV.
